What services do you provide?

We provide pet waste removal services to residential homes. Our plans include; twice weekly service, once weekly, and every other week.

Do I need to be home when you arrive?

How do I pay for your service?

I keep my gate locked. How will you get in?

You do not need to be home when we arrive, as long as your gate is unlocked and we have access to your yard.

As long as your dog is friendly, he/she can be outside while our Scooper Detective is there. We do request that all aggressive dogs be kept inside.

We text you 30 minutes before our arrival to give you a heads up.

If it's raining, snowing, or the roads are icy, we usually reschedule for a day when the weather is more favorable.

We accept most major forms of credit cards and debit cards on our website. Just add the plan that you'd like to your cart, then checkout to pay.

If you can't unlock your gate before our arrival you can either give us a key, or keep a key in a hidden location only you and us know about.
